Answer:Hi Dear, u can put heat to the wig, but the temperature should not exceed 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Because this hair wig is 100% human hair, if it is heated frequently, it will cause the hair to become dry or knotted. so please remember use the moisturizing spray . so that can keep your hair soft ,shiny and hold good texture.
Question:Can you order a bigger cap size?
Answer:Our 13x4 lace front wigs cap size is medium size (21.5-22.5 inch). it fits for most of customer, and there has adjustrap straps inside. you can adjust it to fit your head size.
Question:Can you straighten this hair ? And would it stay straight ?
Answer:You can straighten this hair. But normally, we don't recommend customer to straighten wavy hair, because it will easily damage hair texture, and you need to deep condition it more often after straightened your hair.
But If you like the straight hair, you can also go directly to our store to buy straight hair
Question:I’ve bought this wig in hopes to dye it close to my natural hair color and only a few strands of the hair actually changed color. Not human hair?
Answer:I’m not sure, i bleached bath my hair & all of it bleached
