We are a manufacturing based seller. Our factory wash the hair with warm water and shampoo very very clean. And we will put the hair oil on the hairs to lock keratin and nutrition during the long time shipping. The smell will disappear after washing with shampoo and conditioner.
2. Why Air Dry Your Hair?

1.Great texture and the wig is just like the pictures. the highlights are beautiful and the hair is soft and doesn't shed. The waves are sooo pretty especially when wet. Lace matched my skin tone and I plucked a little and added baby hairs,it looks really gorgeous. And It's adjustable & easy to wear.
2.Much shorter than pictured, definitely not 20 inches. Hair falls to my shoulders curled, and barely past my shoulders if stretch out straight. Now looking at other reviews with photos, I can see those reviews were fake, most of them say 16 inches and hair is much longer than the 20 I ordered (like down past their chests). Even accounting for possibly petite people, this doesn't add up. I'm disappointed
